911PC, services provided at your
home or office. This privacy policy describes how
911PC Techs will collect and use
your information. When you provide a 911PC Tech with your personal information, you consent to the
information practices described in this policy.
This privacy policy may not
apply to web sites that are accessible through the
911PC.com.
911PC.com may contain links to other sites operated by
third parties including, but not limited to, third-party sites that
display 911PC trademarks. We
encourage you to read the privacy policies of those other sites to
learn how they collect, use, share and secure your information.

We may collect personal
information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email

While taking advantage of
products or services available from 911PC, you may be asked to provide personal information. For
example, you may be asked to provide personal information when you
schedule an appointment for services at your home or office, bring
in your product for service, purchase products, contact
911PC call centers with a
question or concern, initiate a chat session, participate in a
sweepstakes, promotion or survey, and / or participate in other
activities with 911PC entities.
911PC
uses the information you provide in order to fulfill requests for
services or information; provide customer services; administer
sweepstakes, promotions or surveys; offer new products or services;
improve the effectiveness of 911PC.com,
marketing endeavors and offers; conduct research and analysis; send
marketing communications; or perform other business activities.
911PC
does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
911PC may need to share your
personal information with certain third parties such as our service
providers and other representatives for limited purposes. For
example, 911PC may share personal
information with third parties to perform services such as sending
911PC marketing communications,
servicing products, conducting research, analysis or administering

911PC, processing credit card
payments, administering sweepstakes, providing call center services,

911PC conducts business are only

they were hired. As part of the agreement with them, they are

and services, or have provided space in their store locations for
911PC to offer its goods and
services, or have allowed 911PC
to have a presence on their web sites.

911PC may be required to share
personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena,
government investigation, or as otherwise required by law.
911PC also reserves the right to
report to law enforcement agencies any activities that
911PC, in good faith, believes to
be unlawful. 911PC may share
certain personal information when 911PC
believes that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the
rights, property and safety of others and ourselves.
911PC may also transfer personal
information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition,
dissolution or similar event.
911PC
is an opt-out organization. Once 911PC
receives your information, 911PC
may send you marketing communications that contain valuable offers,
promotions and other content. You always have the ability to opt-out
of receiving future marketing communications from
911PC.
To change your status with
respect to receiving marketing communications from
911PC, you may
1) Follow the directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail
marketing communication from us. Marketing communications from
911PC will tell you how to stop
receiving them.
2) Call (832)221-9887, request to opt-out of marketing
communications and provide your current contact information.
3) Send an email with your current contact information to
info@911PC.com.
If you send an email, please
include your full name, address, phone number and email address and
indicate specifically what type of marketing communications (for
example, email, direct mail and / or phone) you wish to stop
receiving. This helps identify you correctly in
911PC systems so Techs can
accurately process your request.
911PC
will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out
of receiving marketing communications. Please note that due to
production and system timelines, in order to remove you from
911PC marketing lists, it may
take up to ten business days for emails, 30 calendar days for phone
calls and six weeks for direct mail.
Until the change takes effect,
you may still receive marketing communications from us.
Also, please note that even
though you may have requested not to receive future marketing
communications, you may still receive business-related
communications such as appointment confirmation calls, billing
information or other organization-related communications. In
addition, opting out of 911PC
marketing communications does not impact your marketing preferences
with the 911PC parent company.
You must contact 911PC directly
if you wish to stop receiving other marketing communications.

personal information and would like to be added to our marketing
list, please use the contact information above.
SECURITY
Whether you are receiving
services from 911PC or using
911PC.com, having services
performed at your location, or contacting
911PC., 911PC has
security measures in place and take reasonable precautions to
protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your
personal information under 911PC's
abilities. This includes personal information that you provide in
order to complete a purchase. 911PC
cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you
transmit by email, and you do so at your own risk.
Please note: While
911PC is able to protect personal
information that is provided during the course of business,
911PC cannot take responsibility
for data loss on the products or systems serviced. You will need to
ensure your data has been removed or backed-up in order to safeguard
this information.

user experience for visitors to our site. Cookies simulate a
